How do I obtain an appointment? |
- You must have had an MRI or CT scan or other proper diagnostic test no
older than one year, though we prefer those studies to be within six
months. For illnesses of the spine, plain X-ray films do not suffice.
You must have either MRI or CT (we prefer MRI) because those studies show the
soft tissue and nerves that X-ray films do not.
- If you are being seen for carpal tunnel or similar, EMG/Nerve Conduction
Velocity tests will suffice.
- If you have never been seen by our physicians before or haven't seen
them in over one year, your appointment must be made for you
by your primary care or referring physician. Ask your primary care
physician to call us with the results of your MRI or other diagnostic study.
- Once the appointment is made by your primary care physician, they will
contact you with the appointment date and time. See "Your
First Appointment" for further information on what to do next.
